Terms and Conditions
Last updated: October 19, 2026
These Terms and Conditions explain the general rules for using the Luckey Signature Services (LSS) website and requesting services. They are not a substitute for a written service agreement, a confirmed quote, or the conditions imposed by applicable law or a third-party platform.
1. About Luckey Signature Services
Luckey Signature Services provides information and inquiry access for eligible Remote Online Notarization, wedding officiation and ceremony support, and Research & Decision Support. The website is located at https://lsscreative1.com. Contact: support@lsscreative1.com; text: (405) 689-0205. Phone calls are available by scheduled appointment only.
2. Website information and permitted use
Website information is provided to help visitors understand our services and contact us. Please use this site lawfully and do not submit false information, try to interfere with the site, copy or misuse protected content, or transmit malicious or harmful material. We may update website information as our services change.
Informational content does not create a professional-client relationship, guaranteed appointment, or contractual promise. Services begin only after LSS confirms availability and any applicable quote, agreement, and payment requirements.
3. Services, availability, and eligibility
Services are offered subject to availability, eligibility, legal requirements, technology or platform procedures, and an agreed scope of work. LSS may decline or stop a requested service when requirements are not satisfied, the request is outside our lawful or professional role, necessary information cannot be confirmed, or continuing would be inappropriate or unsafe.
Service descriptions and starting prices on this website are general information, not an automatic acceptance or binding quote. Travel and special project arrangements, when available, must be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
4. Notarization and NotaryLive
Remote online notarization is subject to applicable Oklahoma law and the requirements of the technology provider, including identity verification, document review, a live session, and any required recordkeeping. A notarization cannot be promised in advance and may be refused when legal or platform requirements are not met.
For LSS-created remote online notarial sessions, our stated fee is $25 per completed remote online notarial act unless a different lawful amount is expressly confirmed in advance. LSS does not add separate page, participant, witness, or technology surcharges to that LSS fee. Clients using a public NotaryLive profile or another platform checkout are subject to that provider’s disclosed payment and usage terms. Payment and any applicable cancellation or refund handling will be explained for the chosen booking method before a client pays.
LSS does not choose legal forms for customers, determine the legal effect of documents, or provide legal advice. Clients are responsible for consulting a qualified professional when legal guidance is needed.
5. Wedding and ceremony bookings
Wedding officiation and ceremony support are subject to confirmed availability, location, scope, and a signed agreement. A date-specific ceremony or rehearsal is not reserved until the applicable signed agreement and a 50% booking retainer have been received. That retainer is applied toward the total service amount. Remaining wedding service fees are ordinarily due 14 calendar days before the first scheduled date-specific service; bookings made within that 14-day window require payment in full to reserve.
For a client cancellation 15 or more days before the first date-specific service, the booking retainer is normally retained and other refundable LSS service payments are returned, less any approved nonrecoverable third-party expenses. For a cancellation 14 or fewer days before that service, amounts already paid for the date-specific service are ordinarily nonrefundable. Written exceptions, LSS-caused cancellation, and applicable law may require a different outcome. The signed wedding agreement controls the precise booking, cancellation, rescheduling, weather, safety, late-start, and waiting-time rules.
An eligible request to reschedule 15 or more days in advance may receive one transfer to a mutually available new date without a separate rescheduling fee; a change in location or scope may change the quote. Later rescheduling requests are considered individually. If LSS cannot perform and no mutually agreed reschedule or alternative is reached, LSS refunds LSS service fees paid for the affected service, subject to any applicable law.
Clients are responsible for obtaining and presenting an appropriate marriage license and ensuring the couple and required participants are prepared, as applicable. Wedding-day coordination, venue setup, reception coordination, and full wedding planning are not included in current LSS offerings.
6. Research & Decision Support projects
Research work begins after LSS confirms the project’s question, scope, written deliverables, timeline, price, and payment requirements. The standard Quick Research Brief, Consultation + Written Findings, and Comparison & Decision Report are paid in full before substantive research begins. Custom or extended research projects generally require 50% to begin and 50% before final delivery unless the approved written quote states otherwise.
If a research project is cancelled before substantive work begins, payments are refunded less client-approved nonrecoverable third-party expenses already incurred. After work begins, LSS retains payment for work actually performed and refunds any genuinely unearned prepaid amount. After the agreed deliverable has been completed and delivered, a change of mind alone does not create a refund entitlement; documented errors and unmet agreed scope are handled through the applicable revision or quality process.
Research deliverables are informational and educational. They do not replace legal, medical, investment, tax, real-estate, or other advice from a licensed professional. Clients remain responsible for their own decisions and for independently confirming time-sensitive information where appropriate.
7. Payments and third-party costs
Current accepted payment methods and timing are confirmed for the specific service. Fees, taxes if any, and client-approved third-party costs will be communicated before they are charged. We do not promise same-day, rush, after-hours, or weekend availability unless separately confirmed in writing. LSS does not accept sensitive payment details through the general website contact form.
8. Website forms, privacy, and third-party links
Please do not submit identification document images, Social Security numbers, bank-account details, protected health information, or other highly sensitive information through the website’s general inquiry form. See our Privacy Policy for information about website data handling. Links to NotaryLive, payment services, forms, and other external sites are governed by those providers’ own terms and privacy notices.
9. Content, copyrights, and accuracy
Unless otherwise indicated, original LSS-written website content, logos, and business materials are provided for personal information and may not be republished or used commercially without permission. Third-party names, trademarks, and content belong to their respective owners.
We aim to keep service information accurate and current, but online material may be revised, corrected, or become outdated. Do not rely on website articles as a replacement for current official guidance or an individualized professional assessment.
10. Responsibility and limits
Visitors and clients are responsible for the accuracy of information they supply, timely communication, suitable devices and connections where online services are used, and complying with any agreed appointment or project requirements. To the extent permitted by applicable law, LSS is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including third-party platform outages. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Conflicts, changes, and applicable law
If an accepted service-specific agreement or written quote conflicts with these general website terms, the more specific agreed service terms govern to the extent permitted by law. Applicable notarial law, consumer protection law, and other mandatory requirements always take priority over these terms.
These website terms are intended to be interpreted under applicable Oklahoma law, without taking away any nonwaivable consumer rights. LSS may update these terms as services or website features change. The revision date above identifies the version displayed.
